All day yesterday the crew worked on installing the perforated pipe and gravel along the footings for this morning inspection. We had about 86.7% complete when the inspector came by and were worried that it was no 100% complete. He saw that every thing was looking good and he gave us a passing grade. As far as the city is concerned there is only pass, failed or canceled.
Perforated pipe snaking its way around the footing towards the sump pump basin. Also the footing for the interior load bearing wall has been excavated.
We have a few more days until Superior Walls arrives on Tuesday. I'm glad that we rescheduled them to Tuesday because we still need to do some work before. This gives us some breathing room and three days to complete it.
