This home began as a simple second story remodel and addition and slowly lead to an extensive remodel and studio addition above the detached garage. What lead to this extensive scope of work was that the owners have no plan in moving and this is to be their forever house. Knowing this they wanted to due the remodel right the first time with no regrets with a modern aesthetic. The first floor consists of a living room with the original wood fireplace, an open kitchen to the dining room, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a laundry room, bathroom, two bedrooms plus the master bedroom suite. The detached garage contains a 2nd floor studio that will serve as an office.

The enlarged windows and skylight allow an abundance of natural light into the interior space throughout the day. Additionally, the open layout provides for an open circulation throughout the spaces. The exterior materials are the existing brick painted black and Trespa siding. These materials are durable and easy to maintain.
