I spoke to the building manager to verify exactly what I need to get inspected and at what point during construction because we are not building in a traditional manner. Today we had our first city inspection for the subgrade inspection. We also had the soils engineer verify the strength of the soils. It came to 2500 psf which is what we wanted. According to Superior Walls this calculates to a 4 inch gravel footing.
